ลูกค้าโปรดทราบ เกี่ยวกับ เงินมัดจำ 300 บาท เมื่อวางมัดจำในการจองแล้ว และ ยกเลิกการจองในภายหลังก่อนถึงวันนัดหมายหรือกรณีอื่นๆ จะต้องแจ้งยกเลิกก่อน48 ชั่วโมงหลังการจอง ถึงจะมีการคืนมัดจำให้กับลูกค้า หากไม่ต้องการยกเลิก ลูกค้าสามารถเลื่อนวันเวลาใหม่ได้อีกครั้งเนื่องจากเกมของทางร้าน เป็นเกมที่เข้าเล่นเป็นทีม รอบเวลาเล่น1-2 ชั่วโมง และรอบเวลาที่ลูกค้าจองใว้ ทางร้านจะล็อคใว้และลูกค้าท่านอื่นจะไม่สามารถจองซ้ำได้อีกครั้ง **กรณีพิเศษที่สามารถร้องขอเงินมัดจำคืนได้ ป่วยและมีใบรับรองแพทย์เท่านั้น**
